Payments
Pay with crypto in three steps
KiteWP accepts USDT, USDC, TRX and Litecoin. Use Trust Wallet or any other crypto wallet app, it takes about two minutes.
- 1
Get a wallet
Install a crypto wallet app, for example Trust Wallet, or use any wallet or exchange you already have. Make sure it holds the coin you want to pay with, on the network we show.
- 2
Buy or receive the coin
Most wallets let you buy USDT with a bank card inside the app. Buy a little more than your invoice to cover the small network fee, or move coins from an exchange.
- 3
Send and paste the hash
On your invoice, choose the coin, scan the QR code (or copy the address) and send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown. Then copy the transaction hash (TxID) from your wallet and paste it on the invoice. We confirm it automatically.

Questions
Which wallet should I use?
Any wallet that holds the coin on the right network works: Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Exodus, Binance or another exchange app. We mention Trust Wallet only because it is free and easy.
Can I pay without crypto?
Prefer another way to pay? Other payment methods are available too: open a support ticket (topic “Payments and billing”), tell us your country and how you would like to pay, and we send you a method that works for you.
I do not have crypto yet. How do I get some?
Most wallet apps (Trust Wallet included) let you buy USDT with a bank card inside the app, and every major exchange sells it. Buy a little more than the invoice to cover the network fee.
Which coin is best?
USDT on TRON (TRC20) is the most popular: it is worth exactly one US dollar and the network fee is low. USDT and USDC are charged 1:1 with dollars. TRX and LTC use a live price that is locked for 30 minutes.
What if I sent a little too much or too little?
Everything that arrives goes to your KiteWP balance. If it is less than the invoice, we ask only for the rest; anything extra stays on your balance for your next purchase.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. We check your transaction on the blockchain automatically and email you as soon as it is confirmed.
Where do I find the transaction hash?
In your wallet, open the transfer you just made in the history. It is called transaction hash, TxID or transaction ID. Copy it and paste it on the invoice page.
I chose the wrong network. Can I get the coins back?
Coins sent on a network other than the one shown cannot be recovered by us. Always check the network before you send.
